OAL bought stocks from the other sugar mills, keeping 49% of Sucromiles thus providing greater financial leverage.
Tate & Lyle
1998
Bayer sold its international citric business to Tate & Lyle which kept 51% of Sucromiles, bringing international market and distribution knowledge.

Tate & Lyle sold 51% to OAL, 100% Colombian.
